HOW WILL MY GIFT BOX BE PRESENTED?
All gift boxes are presented in the box described in each gift box description page. The contents of each box will be wrapped in our gorgeous paper and filled with wood wool or shredded paper to keep your items safe during transit.
A handwritten note is included if this option is selected at the checkout.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS
All our boxes include Australia wide standard postage.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes, international shipping is available to limited countries. Please note that we are unable post alcohol overseas. WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
We use a variety of carriers to ship our boxes, including Australia Post and Sendle. Estimated delivery times for the Perth metro area are 1 to 3 workings days and all other areas are 4 to 10 workings days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you order has been finalised you will be emailed a tracking number.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?
If the receiver of your gift is a not home, their gift will be left in a safe place (near the front door). If you would prefer the gift is not left unattended, please include a note at checkout to request a calling card. The card will be left at the receiver’s address and they can contact the carrier to organise a re-delivery or pick up from the nominated address on the card.
I PROVIDED THE INCORRECT INFORMATION WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as incorrect address or name. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out. Please contact our office as soon as possible to we can look to resolve the problem.
WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX IS DAMAGED?
We take care to wrap our products and ensure they are shipped safely. In the unfortunate event an item is damaged please contact our office as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It is Wildwood Studio’s passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful experience. We guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make sure that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact our office and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
We guarantee we will never substitute an item that’s unavailable without talking to you. Together, we’ll establish the best outcome for you – whether it’s a discount on your gift box or a revised combination of products for your lucky recipient.
Many of our items are hand crafted and as such there may be slight variations in colour or texture.
