7How will my gift box be presented?
All gift boxes, other than the fur-baby boxes, will be delivered in our signature wooden box finished with ribbon. The contents of each box will be wrapped in our gorgeous Unryu paper and filled with wood wool to keep your items safe during transit.
Fur baby gift boxes are presented in a matt black box, finished with a black ribbon. The contents of each box will be wrapped in tissue paper and filled with shredded paper to keep the items safe during transit. All perfect for the fur baby to jump and play in.
A handwritten note is included if this option is selected at the checkout.
7What are the delivery costs?
All our boxes include Australia wide standard postage.

7When will be box arrive?
We use a variety of carriers to ship our boxes, including Australia Post and Sendle. Estimated delivery times for the Perth metro area are 1 to 3 days and all other areas are 4 to 7 days.

7How can I track my order?
Once you order has been finalised you will be emailed a tracking number.
7What if the recipient is not home?
If the receiver of your gift is not at home, a calling card will be left at the receiver’s address and they can contact the carrier to organise a re-delivery or pick up from the nominated address on the card.
7I provided the incorrect information when I placed the order, what do I do?
We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as an incorrect address or name. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out. Please contact our office as soon as possible so we can look to resolve the problem.
7What if my gift box is damaged?
We take care to wrap our products and ensure they are shipped safely. In the unfortunate event an item is damaged please contact our office as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement.
7What is your return policy?
It is Wildwood Studio’s passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful experience. We guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make sure that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact our office and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
We guarantee we will never substitute an item that’s unavailable without talking to you. Together, we’ll establish the best outcome for you – whether it’s a discount on your gift box or a revised combination of products for your lucky recipient.
Many of our items are hand crafted and as such there may be slight variations in colour or texture.
